The room was spacious, but it had a musty odor.

I booked a king deluxe room but ended up with two double beds, which was disappointing. The air conditioning unit wasn’t properly mounted, creating a strange gap. I found bugs in the room, which made me feel uncomfortable during my entire stay. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to Balloon Fiesta Park and Sandia Mountains. Unfortunately, during our four-night stay, the room key stopped working twice. This was very inconvenient, especially with our dog locked inside the room. Staff were friendly but didn’t seem concerned about the issues I faced.

We enjoyed our stay while attending the balloon fiesta. The large room layout was good, with a separate sink configuration that was convenient. Although the breakfast options were a bit lacking, the boiled egg and chocolate muffin were tasty. The location was reasonable for getting to the fiesta, making it a decent choice despite a few hiccups during our stay.

Our stay was enjoyable with convenient access to local attractions like Gruet Winery, which added a lovely touch. The area was quiet yet close to the freeway. Perfect for our family getaway with colleagues, providing a relaxing atmosphere after our daily activities.

My kids wished there were more breakfast choices available. Just a few limited items didn’t cater well to families. Increasing options would improve the experience for guests traveling with children.

Had a fun group trip, checking out Gruet Winery and playing golf at Arroyo del Oso. The hotel was clean, and we enjoyed the decent breakfast. Plus, guests have access to Defined Fitness—a good place for workouts.

Only downside? The pool was closed during our stay, which was a letdown because we were looking forward to swimming.

The room was surprisingly cozy, and the coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch for early mornings. I loved lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub to unwind after a long day. The breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but overall, I enjoyed my stay. 😊
